Return & Refund Policy

At Ashmi Chemical Industries, we ensure product quality and accuracy before dispatch. However, we understand that issues may arise and handle returns carefully as per our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• You inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order with supporting photos and details.

Please note: Returns are not accepted for opened, used, or tampered chemical containers.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Chemicals with broken seals or tampered packaging.

• Custom-manufactured or bulk special orders.

• Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the buyer.

3. Refunds

• Once the return is approved and verified, refunds (or replacements) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer, as applicable.

• In some cases, partial refunds may apply if only part of the shipment is affected.

4. Return Shipping

• In case of our error (wrong or defective item), we will arrange pickup or reimburse shipping costs.

• For any other reason, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

5. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

• Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
